Amy and David approached us to plan and manage their engagement party for approximately 80 guests, with a focus on creating a relaxed and enjoyable evening for their friends and family.

We worked closely with Amy and David to explore a range of
suitable venues, curating a shortlist that aligned with their
vision. We arranged and attended guided tours with them,
allowing for a seamless and informed decision-making process.
Following the viewings, they chose The Coventry Arms in Wimborne, immediately connecting with the space. The venue offered both indoor and outdoor areas, creating a welcoming and homely feel. The garden space, complete with ample seating and a river at the bottom, provided a tranquil setting for guests to gather and enjoy the evening.
We’re delighted that Amy and David trusted us to plan such a special celebration for them and their loved ones.
We designed and arranged a bespoke balloon installation and sign board, adding elegant finishing touches to the venue without overwhelming the space. The sign board also created a focal point for guests to capture memorable photos.

What We Did & The Result
To bring a personal touch to the celebration, we collaborated with a family member of Amy and David who performed live during the event—something that was greatly enjoyed by all guests.We also organised a photo booth, allowing guests to capture fun moments throughout the night. Amy and David received a keepsake book following the event, filled with photos and messages.
We liaised with the venue to curate a menu that aligned with Amy and David’s preferences. We explored multiple options with them before finalising a selection that perfectly suited the tone and style of the evening.
